MOUTH GUARD

A mouth guard is a protective device typically worn over the teeth to prevent injury or damage. There are different types of mouth guards designed for various purposes:

    1.    Sports Mouth Guards: These protect the teeth during sports activities and help prevent injuries to the mouth and jaw.
    2.    Night Guards: These are worn during sleep to address issues like teeth grinding (bruxism) or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
    3.    Bite Guards: Used to alleviate symptoms of temporomandibular joint disorders by providing a cushioning effect between the upper and lower teeth.
